All brownies are freshly baked and made to order.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days depending on order volume.

Our products are perishable. Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.

We reserve the right to refuse or limit orders at our discretion (e.g., unavailable items or bulk orders without prior arrangement).

All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise noted.

3. Delivery & Collection

Risk passes to the customer once the package is delivered to the provided address or collected. Please provide accurate delivery information.

If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect details or no one being available, additional fees may apply for re-delivery.
4. Perishable Goods
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order is placed or delivered.

5. Quality Concerns
We want every order to bring joy! If your order arrives damaged or there’s an issue with your brownies, contact us within 24 hours so we can assist.
We may ask for a photo of the product or packaging to help resolve the issue. In some cases, we may offer a replacement or store credit.
6. Allergens & Ingredients
Our products may contain or be processed near gluten, dairy, eggs, nuts, soy, and other allergens. Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient information before purchasing. We cannot be held liable for allergic reactions.
