At bite brownies, we do our best to make sure your freshly baked brownies reach you safely and on time.

1. Shipping Methods

  • We use external courier services to deliver your orders.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the courier, traffic, weather, or other unforeseen factors.

  • While we work closely with our courier partners, some aspects of the delivery process are outside our control.

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are baked fresh and processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Once your order is handed to the courier, delivery time depends on their service and your location.

3. Delivery Areas

  • We currently deliver to areas listed during checkout.

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate to avoid delays or additional charges for re-delivery.

4. Risk & Responsibility

  • Risk passes to the customer once the package is delivered to the provided address or collected.

  • While we pack all brownies carefully, we cannot guarantee courier handling once the package leaves our kitchen.

5. Damaged or Missing Orders

  • If your order is damaged in transit or does not arrive, please contact us immediately.

  • We will do our best to assist and resolve the issue, which may include sending a replacement or providing store credit.
