We use external courier services to deliver your orders.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the courier, traffic, weather, or other unforeseen factors.

While we work closely with our courier partners, some aspects of the delivery process are outside our control.

Orders are baked fresh and processed within 1–3 business days.

Once your order is handed to the courier, delivery time depends on their service and your location.
3. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to areas listed during checkout.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate to avoid delays or additional charges for re-delivery.
4. Risk & Responsibility

Risk passes to the customer once the package is delivered to the provided address or collected.

While we pack all brownies carefully, we cannot guarantee courier handling once the package leaves our kitchen.
5. Damaged or Missing Orders

If your order is damaged in transit or does not arrive, please contact us immediately.

We will do our best to assist and resolve the issue, which may include sending a replacement or providing store credit.
