Because we sell freshly baked, perishable food items, we unfortunately cannot accept returns or issue refunds once an order has been placed or delivered. All sales are final.
However, your experience matters to us and we want you to love every bite of your brownies. If there is anything wrong with your order or the quality of our product, please reach out to us within 24 hours of receiving your order so we can assist.
We will happily help if:

We’ll review each case individually and do our best to make it right where possible. In some cases, this may include a replacement or store credit.
