By placing a wholesale order with The bite bt (Pty) Ltd, you agree to the below Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all discounted bulk orders for events, functions, corporate gifting, parties, and similar occasions.

1. Eligibility for Wholesale Pricing

• Wholesale pricing is only available for orders intended for events, functions, corporate gifting, personal celebrations, or business occasions.
• Wholesale orders may not be purchased for resale unless you are an approved Bite stockist or reseller with a separate reseller agreement.
• Bite BT (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to request clarity if the intended use of the order is unclear.

2. Minimum Order Requirement

• To qualify for wholesale pricing, a minimum order of 30 brownies (any flavours combined) is required unless otherwise agreed, arranged, or stated in writing by Bite. And 6 special brownie boxes.
• Additional discounts or custom orders may be offered at Bite’s discretion for large-volume or recurring orders.

3. Order Approval & Right to Cancel

• Bite BT (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to decline or cancel any wholesale order if:The order appears suspiciousThe order is believed to be used for resale without approvalThe order violates any wholesale terms
• If an order is cancelled, any payments made will be refunded if no production has begun.

4. Lead Time & Availability

• Wholesale orders may require a longer lead time depending on order size, season, and current bakery capacity.
• We recommend placing wholesale orders at least 7 days in advance to avoid disappointment.

5. Payment Terms

• Wholesale orders must be paid in full before baking begins, unless a formal agreement is in place.
• Orders will not be processed without payment confirmation.

6. Delivery / Collection

• Delivery and collection options will be confirmed at checkout or through direct communication.
• Delivery fees may apply unless otherwise stated or arranged.

7. Product Quality & Handling

• All brownies are baked fresh. Once delivered or collected, proper storage and handling become the responsibility of the client.
• As brownies are perishable, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds, except in cases of an error on our side.

8. Customisation

• Custom 25mm x 25mm stickers can be added to our standard packaging at no additional charge. Customers are responsible for supplying the correct logo or design. Bite will apply the design as provided and cannot be held liable for any spelling errors, poor image quality, or incorrect designs submitted by the customer.
