Why round?

Why round?

Yes, they’re round — and it works. Crispy on the outside, soft and gooey on the inside.

We all know that moment around a table when people quietly “call dibs” on the best piece of something…
The corner of a brownie,
the centre of a malva pudding,
the crispy cheese edge of a lasagna tray...

There’s always that one piece everyone wants — and it turns into a little competition of who gets it first. (Any siblings who can relate?👀)

That’s exactly why our brownies are round.
With ours, everyone gets the best piece — every time.
No corner vs centre debate.
No “save that one for me.”
Each brownie gives you that slight crisp on the outside and the soft, melt-in-your-mouth centre on the inside. It just makes sense.

Did you know our first flavour was Nougat?
Mostly because chocolate has always been one of my great loves… and nougat isn’t far behind. So putting the two together meant pure perfection in my mind — and to this day, it’s still a customer favourite.

Just like we didn’t want people fighting over the best piece of a brownie, we also didn’t want anyone fighting over the “one with the most nougat” or the “one with the biggest chunk of fudge.”
We’ve all been there — picking through the tray, trying to find the piece that got the most of the good stuff.
That's why each of our brownies are individually filled — with nougat pieces, mint crisp chocolate, marshmallow, fudge, and more — so no one has to fight for the “piece with the most” of anything.

They’re all equally delicious, equally generous, and filled with the good stuff. Round, flavour-packed, fair, and honestly… just how a brownie should be.

If your mouth might be watering by now spoil yourself with a box full 🤤

Dark chocolate is my personal favourite. Rich in flavour and it just goes around and around.

Another reason why it’s round because the taste never ends…
